Nine Suns

The Nine Suns of Existence are energy “suns” that are part of the light body matrix being activated in our new energy bodies as we awaken more closely to Source. These suns are a source of sacred energy and creativity that can be used to energize and heal the body matrix. Activation of these energies may be accomplished through meditation and conscious breathing.
Lower Tan Tien the Central Sun of the Earth – The lower tan tien is one of the three main chi centers of the body. This tan tien is located inside the body behind the naval center. Breathing in the energy of the Earth's central sun brings vital grounding energy to the body. One way to do this is to breathe this energy in a wave pattern by first imagining the sun inside the naval center as though you are absorbing the energy. The next step is to release the energy by imagining you are actually inside the Earth’s sun. This is a common practice in the art of Chi Gong. The breath sequence for each of the three tan tiens, lower, middle and upper are the same.
RA the Sun God, Energy of the Sacral Chakra - Ra is the Sun-God of Heliopolis, and also in the shape of Atum and Chepre. Most frequently we find RA represented as a falcon, which carries the fiery disk of the sun on his head. As God, Atum-RA is believed to hold many life-giving characteristics. Commonly called a Creator-God; every now and then called "The Crying", for he is thought to have created humans from his tears. The color, with which RA is associated, is the golden color of the sun. Also known as the male principle and creative yang. For women, breath the energy up from the root and Earth. Then circulate this energy into the ovaries. See the sun's energy illuminte this sacred chamber. Honor the energy and circulate it up your spine into the head. When charged, breathe this energy up the spine and into the head. On the exhale see the energy return down the front of the body back to the root.
For men, breathe the Earth's energy for grounding up into the root chakra. See the Ra energy of the sun in your testes. When charged, breathe this energy up the spine and into the head. On the exhale see the energy return down the front of the body back to the root.
Soul-ar Sun – This is the soul’s source energy anchored in the physical body between the heart charka and solar plexus. This is the source of soul genetics, keeper of life patterns, procreation/co-creation. First clear the body of negative thoughts and unnecessary or blocked energy. Call forth the soul matrix (the ideal blueprint held within the soul chakra and breathe this energy into the cells of the body for restoring. I actively do the same for the Earth by calling forth the soul matrix of the Earth through the central sun of the Earth to clear the grid. Think of your body as a microcosm of the same idea.
Middle Tan Tien Central Sun of source (home) planet - The middle tan tien is in the center of the body close to the heart and soul charka. Souls who incarnate from other planetary systems (ie. Star children, Rainbow children) or from other home worlds may absorb this energy through the breath. Visualizing your home planet source sun while breathing through this center will bring in a feeling of “home” and balance or recharging the energy centers. People who feel like they are old Earth souls may relate to the Earth’s central sun or other source energy (i.e. Devic, angelic kingdom, middle Earth,) for the middle tan tien.
Sun Sign Energy of Purpose – The astrological sun sign and the house it resides in at birth navigates our sense of purpose in our present incarnation. How that energy is expressed within the individual will determine which charka it will be associated with.
Solar Sun of the Universe – This energy, in many eastern religions, is associated with Prana, the “Breath of Life.” One way to use this energy is to imagine that the sun is in front of the face and is absorbed by breathing its golden rays of light into the body or through each charka. Some yoga practices take the prana through the spine and enter the energy through the back of the medulla and absorbing it through the pituitary gland. This activates the Ajna center or the third eye for visions.
Upper Tan Tien, the Central Sun of the Universe – The upper tan tien is located in the pineal gland. Focusing the Central Sun of the Universe with breathing in the core of the pineal gland helps to open the path to wisdom and deeper states of consciousness. Connecting this energy with the central sun of the Earth, located in the lower tan tien, is a practice of bringing Heaven and Earth together.
Monad, the Transpersonal Chakra – The transpersonal charka is located above the crown charka and serves as the doorway to the Monad or “Oversoul.” The Monad is the vehicle of Source or God to the human energy system by way of the soul charka.
Source or God – connects through each of the nine suns. God is both the source of light and the absence of it.
