Crystal, color and sound therapy, when used on the body, work on the principle of the law of resonance. In essence, the law of resonance states that two objects within close proximity with differing frequencies will compete to bring the other’s frequency close to their own. If one of the objects holds a constant frequency then the other object will yield. This is especially true of crystals and stones because they are capable of holding a constant frequency.
How does this affect you? Your body operates at a vibrational rate. Your organs also resonate within a certain frequency. The frequency of healthy tissue in your kidneys, for example, is similar in frequency to your mother’s kidney or the friend down the street. The frequency of a kidney with cancer changes, however, that frequency would be close to another person’s kidney experiencing the same disease. If you find a stone or crystal that holds a harmonic frequency with your own energy then it will act on your body to keep it in balance if you wear it. During crystal healing the same is true. The stone layout helps to re-pattern your body’s vibration so that your body can return to balance. Color and sound healing, like crystals and stones, restore the body’s vibration toward balance. Color, sound and the elemental energy of crystals work through similar frequencies but are perceived by you, through different senses.
